The Committee on Natural Resources moves to amend the bill on

page 1, line 10, by striking out the title of the bill in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

    H. B. 2986-- “A Bill to amend and reenact §20-3-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to forest fire seasons; clarifying allowed and prohibited fires times and seasons; establishing an burning permit and fee; exempting agriculture from the fee; setting forth fire control requirements; and establishing criminal and civil penalties.”
